Our four cafés are social hubs that are unique to their neighborhood and culture.
Avenue Bread started here at this eclectic cafe in downtown Bellingham that has been proudly serving up fine sandwiches, salads, grinders and much more since 1995.
This is our recently remodeled and expanded café in the historic urban village overlooking Bellingham Bay. Grab an espresso and our famous Eggenue and take a stroll or enjoy our great outdoor seating.
Warm and inviting in the center of progressive Sunnyland sits our flagship café. James Street’s bustling open kitchen serves up all kinds of breakfast and lunch dishes.
In the restored Waples building sits our beautiful café with a high ceiling, mezzanine and the original wood floors. Lynden’s full kitchen fixes up the comfort dishes we are known for.
We may be bias, but our sister company, Avenue Bakery, makes the best breads and baked goods in the whole region. Avenue Bread Cafes are proud to showcase their freshly baked creations that get delivered to us daily. Their beloved product is not only used to create meals to enjoy in the cafes but are sold for retail so you can enjoy them at home, too.

Operating Monday through Friday, our catering duo can you help plan out what’s for lunch. With the slight freedom to deviate from the traditional café menu, you’ll find some unique, tasteful creations you can’t get in store.
