If there is a particular shape bread product you’d like to sell, our bakers can typically shape the dough to your specifications. Bread bowls, whole wheat baguettes, ciabatta rolls? Let us know how we can accommodate you.
Slicicng and Bagging
If you’re a grocer, we can package our bread loaves in either logo-printed paper sacks, in plastic bags, or simply provide bags separately so you can let your customers choose and bag their own. We can slice and bag bread (in plastic bags) for 50 cents a loaf.
Our bread should not be refrigerated. Our breads do not contain preservatives
and should be served the day of delivery; however, our Rye, Whole Wheat Sour,
and Multigrain will keep easily for two days. Also, our breads freeze well.
