Our soups — made from scratch at the bakery — will surely satisfy you. Every morning our talented prep cooks chop, sauté, and simmer — well on their way to creating our delicious daily soups. Most of our soups are vegetable-based in the sense that we cook down veggies and make our own stocks. We use potato-based thickeners to keep almost all of our soups gluten-free. Our most popular soup on the menu, served regularly, is tomato basil.
Try them on their own, or as the perfect accompaniment to one of our popular savories, a sandwich, or a salad. Our mostly vegetarian soup choices come in two sizes: 8oz. cup and 16 oz. bowl.
Soups ordered a la carte are served with a mini rosemary twist or fresh bread (tell your server if you have a preference). Soups can be ordered for a discounted price when combined with any menu item; we leave off the bread twist in this case.
